2. Scope of the application
Puzzle Party is a puzzle game (mosaic/classic puzzle and sliding puzzle). You piece together images, check your progress, and can request a hint after a rewarded advertisement.
No account is required. Progress is saved locally. The application loads the image catalog from a server and displays Google AdMob ads.
3. Data processed
3.1 Data that we do not collect
The application does not request or collect, in version 1.0: name, address, telephone, Puzzle Party email account, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, GPS, health data.
3.2 Data stored only on the device
- progress (solved puzzles, best times, stars, board status);
- preferences (sound, language);
- advertising consent tokens (IAB TCF / UMP Google).
This data is erased if you uninstall the application or clear its Android data.
3.3 Technical operating data
When calling the catalogue https://api.puzzle-party.ch: IP address, device/system type and version, app version, technical logs (time stamp, errors).
Legal basis: performance of the service and legitimate interest (Art. 6 § 1 b and f GDPR / Art. 31 nLPD).
3.4 Advertisements — Google AdMob
The application integrates Google AdMob (banners / interstitials and ads rewarded for a score) and the UMP platform for consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.
Depending on your choice, the following may be processed: Android advertising identifier (GAID), device and connection data, audience signals (Topics / Privacy Sandbox), interactions with ads.

3.5 Audience Measurement — Firebase / Google Analytics
The Play services measurement/Firebase Analytics libraries measure usage in aggregate (opens, anonymized game events, stability). They can use an instance ID and, depending on consent, the advertising ID.

3.6 Notifications
The POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission (Android 13+) is used to notify users of new puzzles. It is optional. The game remains playable even if you decline it.

- Local game data: until uninstalled or app data is cleared.
- Server logs: a few weeks, except in the event of an incident or legal obligation.
- Advertising ID: Google durations + your Android settings.
- Contact emails: time to process the request.
8. Security
Communications via HTTPS. Server access restricted. Report any vulnerabilities to the contact email address.
9. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent.

The app is not intended for users under 16 (EU advertising regulations) or under 13 (COPPA) due to the advertisements. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
